How to Place an Order for Printing
Our online ordering form for all your Printing needs is now available.
All you have to do is click on Printing Services Work Order, you will be
prompted to log onto your Lotus Notes account* and there you will see the
Create Print Request/Estimate button where you can order
printing, typesetting or bindery services. The online form is intuitive and
easy to follow. Read the instructions at the top of the form and just follow
the prompts.
You must click the "Submit for Estimate" button. All
print request must be calculated before printing approval.
When you click on the Submit for Estimate button, your job
will be calculated. After the estimate is complete, you will receive an email
notification to Submit the Estimate to your Administrator for approval. Your
Administrator will receive an email notification that an Estimate is awaiting
their approval. After your print request has been approved by your department
or campus Administrator, your work order will be submitted for processing.
*Please note: Anyone that places an order
for printing, ordering paper stock or pre-printed District forms, must have a
Lotus Notes account. Ask your administrator to authorize a Lotus Notes Account
for you by emailing the Help Desk with your name and employee number. If you

To place a printing order, use a
printing account code only.
To order
paper, use a
supply account code only.
By direction of the Business Office, starting July 1,
we will no longer accept Checks for payment of printing services. The campus
budget codes must be used. Contact your campus office for reimbursement
procedures for your organization (e.i.: P.T.O, band boosters, etc.).
For an online estimate, go to
Printing Services Work Order and select the "SUBMIT FOR ESTIMATE" button. In order to furnish you with an
accurate estimate, a copy of your requested print job must be provided. You
can upload your document and submit with your work order. If it is necessary
for you to deliver or pony your hard copy document to Printing Services,
please print out a copy of your online work order and submit with your
document.
Estimates are valid for five working days from date of estimate.
Estimates are not given over the phone.
Turnaround time for jobs submitted for printing is dependent on the size of
the job. For large jobs, please allow as much time for production and ordering
of paper stock/printing products as possible. We will work with your schedule;
however, it is extremely important to have a date specified in the
"requested delivery date" area on the
Printing Services Work Order.

work order. Rush charges may apply.
Rush charges are added to the total cost of your printing project.
24-hour turnaround time = 30% rush charge.
2-day turnaround time = 20% rush charge.
3-day turnaround time = 10% rush charge.
